So when it comes to Cocina de Colima, what's better than breakfast tacos? ONE DOLLAR breakfast tacos on the weekdays. That's right, each taco is $1. With inflation, it's hard to find that nowadays. And folks, these are full sized tacos too, not the wimpy street tacos that are the size of a child's palm. There are a plethora of breakfast tacos to choose from, all with egg (or without, whatever you want): sausage, chorizo, bacon, ham, and potato. Each taco comes with a red or green sauce, you pick, and the sauce adds nothing but greatness to your taco of choice. I've only tried the ham and potato and they are both equally delicious. The flour tortilla tastes homemade and is fluffy. The taco filling is plentiful, especially for the price. Realistically, the taste of the tacos aren't OMG amazing (like a Torchy's or Fusion Taco) but it's a real deal for the price you pay. It's easy to recommend this place for your weekday breakfast taco trip as your taste buds and wallet will thank you. ”
